Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your data stays in read-only mode — you can see it, but you can't create new items or use AI. The moment you add a card, Lodestar unlocks fully. We never delete your data without your consent.
Are VAT and an invoice included?
Yes. €10 a month / €100 a year includes Slovak VAT. Add a VAT ID and we'll issue a reverse-charge invoice (B2B).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click in Settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then switch to read-only. Download your data anytime as JSON.
What's the fair-use AI limit?
500 AI calls a month is plenty even for heavy use (a typical user spends under 50). We warn you at 80%, and at 100% AI pauses — the rest of the app keeps working. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Where is my data?
In the EU. The database and files run on Supabase in Frankfurt. Details in the Privacy Policy.
